Yet again I have recived inspiration from Craft Swap Forum.
Thank you to BROWNBEAR for posting a link to a video showing how you can emboss little dots using a crop a dile.
I of course had to have a play straight away as my 'dile is always at hand.
I decided to use blue as my theme so just embossed all over my blue atc and then used a blue ink pad to highlight my little bubbles. I then raided my fabric stash as I have a large collection of blue & white print fabric care of a lovely person on freecycle who was saving lots of swatches for a blue & white project they just never got around to starting. This was placed on the atc and then it was just finished with a word from my words to go box by K&CO and a couple of adhesive gems.
